These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EstiNow (the "Service"), operated by EstiNow ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, checking out as a guest, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, each incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
EstiNow generates an itemized, editable estimate of likely vehicle collision-repair costs from photos you upload, vehicle information you provide, and/or diagnostic (OBD) fault codes you enter. Estimates are produced primarily by automated, AI-based image analysis and a pricing engine, and are provided for informational and planning purposes only.
An estimate is NOT a certified vehicle appraisal, is NOT a guarantee of actual repair cost, and does NOT replace a physical, in-person inspection by a licensed technician or appraiser. Actual repair costs can differ materially once a vehicle is physically disassembled and inspected. Where an estimate has been reviewed and signed by a Workshop technician, that review reflects an assessment of your submitted photo/video evidence and the estimate's calculations — it is still not a physical inspection and does not constitute a certified appraisal, as disclosed on the document itself.
We may offer optional paid features (for example, a per-estimate charge, a subscription covering a set number of estimates in a period, or a technician-reviewed report) — each is described at the point of purchase, and pricing is set by us and may change.
You may use the Service as a guest for a single estimate, or create an account to save and revisit your estimates, manage payment methods, and view billing history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate contact information. If you create an account after using the Service as a guest, we may, with your explicit confirmation, link a prior guest estimate to your new account so your history and receipts stay together — we will never do this silently or without your action to confirm it.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make a purchase.
You are solely responsible for the photos, vehicle information, VIN, fault codes, notes, and any other material you submit ("Your Content"). You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe or violate any third party's rights.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, store, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service (for example, generating your estimate, producing your PDF report, and, in aggregate/de-identified form, improving our models and pricing accuracy).
Do not submit photos or information about a vehicle that is not yours, or that contain other people, license plates, or personal information you are not authorized to share.
Paid features are processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Per-estimate charges and subscription prices are configured by us and shown to you before you pay. A subscription renews automatically for its stated period unless cancelled, and any included estimate quota resets (does not roll over) at the start of each new period.

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent claims to an insurer or any third party; attempt to circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or access controls; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; upload malicious files; or impersonate another person or entity.
THE SERVICE AND ALL ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that any repair shop, insurer, or lender will accept an estimate generated by the Service, or that actual repair costs will match an estimate.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ESTINOW AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY ESTIMATE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.
If you believe an estimate contains an analytical or calculation error, you may report it from the estimate's page at any time — this does not require a paid or "unlocked" estimate. We review disputes on a best-effort basis and may, at our discretion, correct, re-issue, or annotate an estimate.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service, or request account deletion, at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how to make that request.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date below and, where required by law, seek renewed consent. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action, suit, or proceeding.
