A per-estimate purchase unlocks your full itemized report and PDF immediately upon successful payment. Because the report is delivered instantly and in full, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked and viewed or downloaded — in the same way most instantly-delivered digital goods are treated.
We will issue a full refund if: you were charged more than once for the same estimate (a duplicate charge); a technical failure on our side prevented the report from generating or unlocking after payment was captured; or you were charged in error (for example, a pricing/configuration mistake on our part).
We may, at our discretion, also issue a refund or credit in other cases where we determine it is fair to do so — for example, a materially and demonstrably incorrect estimate caused by a system error rather than a normal disagreement about repair scope or pricing judgment.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewal but does not refund the current paid period, and you keep access (and any remaining estimate quota for that period) until the current period ends, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Unused estimates included in a subscription period do not roll over and are not refundable when a period ends or a subscription is cancelled.
Contact support@estinow.com with the estimate ID or receipt/payment reference and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you believe an estimate contains a data or calculation error, please use the "Report a data error or dispute this estimate" option on the estimate page first — this is free and available on any estimate, paid or not — before requesting a refund on that basis. A genuine disagreement about repair scope or judgment (as opposed to a system error) is not by itself grounds for a refund, since the report itself was correctly delivered.
